Delivered by BCU Lecturer Ian Fellows, we are excited to invite you to attend the Thinking Like a Manager workshop delivered virtually on MS Teams.

This is the second session in a series of three aimed at individuals who are looking to excel their career into Leadership and Management roles.

Adopting the manager mindset is the key to success when you go into your first management role.  In this session, we will look at how you can train yourself to do this easily and successfully.

More about the ECYPP

The Early Years Careers Progression Pathways Project or EYCPP is a newly launched project, part-funded by the EU European Social Fund, bringing together expertise from Birmingham City University, Newman University and West Smethwick Enterprise.

The project is designed to deliver an innovative programme of fully-funded skills interventions to residents in Greater Birmingham and Solihull. The programme will enhance the skills base of employees and help to improve employability within the Early Years Sector.
