Delivered by BCU Lecturer Ian Fellows, we are excited to invite you to attend the Behaving Like a Manager workshop delivered virtually on MS Teams.
This is the third session in a series of three aimed at individuals who are looking to excel their career into Leadership and Management roles.
In the final session of the series, we will move beyond preparing yourself and looking outwards at how you can influence others through your behaviour and be a role model for the people who work for you.

The project is designed to deliver an innovative programme of fully-funded skills interventions to residents in Greater Birmingham and Solihull. The programme will enhance the skills base of employees and help to improve employability within the Early Years Sector.
