Delivered by the BCU Careers+ Team, we are excited to invite you to attend the Secrets of Interview Success in the Early Years Sector workshop delivered virtually on MS Teams.

This session will give hints, tips and strategies to improve your performance during a job interview.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Understand how to prepare for a job interview
2. To learn how to give the best performance in an interview
3. Reflect on how you might be able to improve interview techniques in the future

The Early Years Careers Progression Pathways Project or EYCPP is a newly launched project, part-funded by the EU European Social Fund, bringing together expertise from Birmingham City University, Newman University and West Smethwick Enterprise.

The project is designed to deliver an innovative programme of fully-funded skills interventions to residents in Greater Birmingham and Solihull. The programme will enhance the skills base of employees and help to improve employability within the Early Years Sector.
