Delivered by BCU Lecturer Ian Fellows, we are excited to invite you to attend the Getting Ready to Become a Manager workshop delivered virtually on MS Teams.

This is the first session in a series of three aimed at individuals who are looking to excel their career into Leadership and Management roles.

The key to getting your first job as a manager is being able to show that you are ready for the responsibility. In this session, we’ll help you develop a plan to get from where you are now to being the best candidate for the job of your choice.
