FREE WORKSHOP: WellComm Part 1 of 2: Introducing WellComm - Speech, Language and Communication Toolkit

This online workshop will enable practitioners to use the WellComm Toolkit within their setting as a universal tool in their provision to improve speech, language and communication outcomes for children.

A partnership between the Birmingham City Council Early Years & Childcare Team and Birmingham Maintained Nursery Schools, this session will deliver:

  • Information about how the city is planning to support improved speech, language and communication outcomes for children

  • How the WellComm toolkit can support the accurate assessment and interventions for children with speech, language and communication needs

  • Instructions and support on how to use the WellComm Toolkit universally

  • Information about ongoing support and data collection

Target audience: EEE registered providers, leaders, managers, teachers, childminders and practitioners.
